Great service, agent organised a repair after the hot water cylinder in our rental started leaking profusely, recieved a call the same day, was at work but left instructions for access and finding the cylinder, was repaired by the time I got home
Extremely disappointed with the service here. I called twice, and the staff was incredibly rude. During my call, she actually said “goodbye” in the middle of the conversation and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not what I expect from any business. I do not recommend this place!!!
This is undoubtedly a professional, helpful and wonderful company. They provide in time service. We book the service in the morning and they quickly come and check on the same day afternoon.

Fast and efficient, removed original water tank and installed new, with safety trap and mildew valve (under an hour!) . Original rheem tank installed by them over ten years ago, very happy with products and service.

We got our old gas hot water tank malfunction on last Saturday and have Matt from EHWR came over around lunch time and diagnosed the device need to be replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty and get replaced on the coming Monday morning with fully explained new device. 5 stars rated! Definitely will keep into our contact at all time!
Highly recommended EHWR. Cooper is a really lovely technician and was friendly, professional and efficient. I liked the fact that a text was sent before arrival just to make sure I was at home, too.

Very impressed with this company’s service. My gas instant water heater stopped working. I was worried that I would have to replace the unit. Matt did a thorough check and resolved the issue for $99. There is always a great level of trust in these situations and this company exceeded my expectations on communication, timeliness and professionalism.
Byron, Jay and Matt were all super helpful in providing solid advice in a straightforward manner. They advised on the best replacement hot water system in a very old apartment, navigating issues with an old pipe and strata requirements, then quickly got the job done with great care. Decent, friendly guys too!
