When my electric hot water system blew up a few weeks ago I called Emergency Hot Water Repairs based on their Google reviews. Super glad I did! They were able to book me in to replace the system that afternoon. When the guys arrived they assessed the system and determined the issue was fixable, and at far less than the cost of a full replacement. Truly appreciated! Their workmanship was gold standard as well, the fix looks more professional than the original installation. Hot water has been rock solid ever since. Such a good experience dealing with a high integrity, highly skilled local business. Thanks heaps!

They are friendly, prompt, efficient and were able to locate the problem with my hot water quickly - something that other plumbers had been unable to do.

I have recently moved into a rental property and the hot water system broke down not long after. Emergency hot water repairs were contacted and they were extremely prompt at attending to the problem. Shane and his colleague had to replace the gas hot water system and did so in just over an hour. I was also impressed with how they left everything as they had found it and took all the rubbish with them. Highly recommend them!

Michael and Shaun installed a Rinnai instantaneous hot water system at our home. Both were friendly and very efficient, it's easy to see they're highly experienced at what they do which enables them to install hot water systems cost effectivly. I was impressed by the speed and ease of quoting and booking in the job, Shaun quoted on Sunday (there was no quote fee), we booked in the job on Monday evening, they came to installed it on Tuesday afternoon. They were happy to hide the pipes under the house at my request even if it made the job harder. They also removed our old gas hot water system. Highly impressed with their work and service, cannot recommend them more highly. If you need to install a new hot water system just give them a call, they do a great job at a great price.

My hot water tank suddenly started leaking one day. After informing my real estate agent, my job was listed with this company. I found the repair guys extremely friendly and professional, I had 2 visits from them - first a quote, then the actual repair. They arrived on time, respectful of taking off their shoes and did a fabulous job of replacing the tank. I would’ve given 5 stars here, but I found the booking instructions a bit confusing - I was told the appointment would take 2hrs and replacement would happen, but they were only coming to quote for 5 minutes and a second appointment was needed. A bit frustrating as I’d taken 2hrs out of my work schedule to allow for this. Apart from that, a stellar job by the technicians!

Fantastic and quick service! I was luckily able to book a less than 24 hour emergency hot water tank replacement on line after hours with no nonsense and clear pricing listed up front. Cooper came 730am sharp the next morning to replace it and was amazingly efficient and had my hot water back in no time. I was so impressed with how well Cooper managed with replacing my unit as it was positioned in a tricky location in a narrow shed and with Byron's experienced advice when I asked about the best system for my job which wasn't the most expensive alternative on offer. Emergency Hot Water Repairs can be trusted to get the right job done quickly without ripping you off which was so nice to see!

Just want to say thanks so much for an amazing service. Cooper was such a nice friendly guy and so helpful when explaining everything he had done. I told Cooper about the quote we got this morning from Wilson Plumbing, the first quote was $8500, then when they saw how horrified I was they said they could install a cheaper hot water tank (not Rheem) and also took 10% off. The final quote from Wilson’s Plumbing for a 80L hot water tank was $4907.10, compared to Emergency Hot Water which was $1190 fully installed. I am disgusted that Wilson’s Plumbing (who also trade under the name of PlumbCorp) tried to get that much money from us. So thank you for your quick efficient and cost effective service and we will be definitely recommending you to everyone else. Thanks again Margaret
