Which size do you need?
Sizing matters more than brand — an undersized tank runs cold, an oversized one wastes energy. As a rough guide:

What does supplied and installed include?
Every price includes the new unit, delivery, standard installation by a licensed plumber, removal and disposal of your old system, and a tempering valve where required by regulations (valued at $185). The online booking discount is already applied.
How quickly can you install my new hot water system?
Most systems are installed same day or next day across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We carry popular units in stock and are based in Kingsford, so Randwick, Coogee, Maroubra, Bondi and surrounding suburbs are particularly fast.
Are there any hidden costs on top of the listed price?
No. The price shown is the full supplied-and-installed price for a standard like-for-like replacement. If your site needs non-standard work — relocating the unit, upgrading pipework or electrical — we'll tell you the fixed price before any work starts.
Which size hot water system do I need?

What warranty do I get?
