I had 2 workers come out in the same week, the first one was exceptional & very professional and cleaned up after himself while I was around while he did the job. The second guy I let in and went out for a few hours and left him unattended, and came back to dirt and wood all over my floor and bench where I cook. My household items such as rubbish bags, fire extinguisher etc that were in my cupboard, left out on the bench and not put back. And my tea towel on the floor with the hook ripped off. Very unprofessional for me to come back home and have to clean up a mess that I did not make.

Exceptional service! Angus visited on time to access the job and provide a quote, which was considerably less than all the others. He explained exactly what he would do in a very clear manner (new heater, water tray, sensor and plumbing etc). On job day, the guys were on time and installed everything in good time. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service, including my initial call to the company. The overall communication was excellent throughout. It was a pleasant change. Congrats!

I had Shane come out and replace a defective Hot water system. It was tucked up in the corner of the kitchen and difficult to get to. He made no complaints about the hard job. He was very cheerful and friendly. I’d recommend these guys anytime.

Gave a quote, explained and no pressure sales, gave us the time to consider. Gave a date and time. Was punctual, efficient and neat. Finished the job, cleaned up and left

Am in a rental. The tank has blown, spilling 100's and 100's of litres onto the floors. We were out for a few hours so you can imagine the damage. These guys received an email from the realtor on the Friday with my mobile number. No call until Saturday morning with the vague "Not before midday" from one of the rudest women with whom I've ever had to engage. I asked if they knew the tank size, knowing they wouldn't. She said 'no', which is why they're coming out to see. I asked why you hadn't asked me to send a photo and save the double journey. She ignored my comment and proceeded to shout at me. She then hung up.
Surely there must be a more sympathetic and intelligent company out there?

I called this company about 9am, due to my Hot Water System having stopped working. The lady who took the call was so lovely & very helpful. She told me I could expect someone to be with me by 12pm. I subsequently got an SMS from their tradesman about 11am, to tell me he would be here within 10 minutes.
A young fellow & his offsider duly arrived. He was friendly & I was really impressed by how polite they both were.
He checked my system, diagnosed a broken thermostat & had it changed & fixed, all in about 10 minutes. I was able to pay by card on the spot - all done!

Our very old hot water tank started leaking and needed an urgent replacement. Phoned Emergency Hot Water Repairs and made an appointment with Lyn for the following morning (NYE). Lyn provided a quote during the call and was very helpful in answering my questions. The next morning I received a text advising Ricky was on his way. Ricky and Lachie arrived on time, were very courteous and efficient. They replaced the tank and took away the old one in just over an hour. Payment was also very easy. A job well done from start to finish. I would recommend them.

We got our old gas hot water tank malfunction on last Saturday and have Matt from EHWR came over around lunch time and diagnosed the device need to be replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty and get replaced on the coming Monday morning with fully explained new device. 5 stars rated! Definitely will keep into our contact at all time!
