I had Shane come out and replace a defective Hot water system. It was tucked up in the corner of the kitchen and difficult to get to. He made no complaints about the hard job. He was very cheerful and friendly. I’d recommend these guys anytime.

Our hot water system was on the brink and called Emergency Hot Water at Kingsford. Ricky came in and clearly explained why it should be replaced. Gave a quote, explained and no pressure sales, gave us the time to consider. Gave a date and time. Was punctual, efficient and neat. Finished the job, cleaned up and left

Rude and unprofessional.
Am in a rental. The tank has blown, spilling 100's and 100's of litres onto the floors. We were out for a few hours so you can imagine the damage. These guys received an email from the realtor on the Friday with my mobile number. No call until Saturday morning with the vague "Not before midday" from one of the rudest women with whom I've ever had to engage. I asked if they knew the tank size, knowing they wouldn't. She said 'no', which is why they're coming out to see. I asked why you hadn't asked me to send a photo and save the double journey. She ignored my comment and proceeded to shout at me. She then hung up.
Surely there must be a more sympathetic and intelligent company out there?

Great service from the first call to arrange new hot water system on a Friday before a long weekend.
The plumbers were so polite and respectful. Workmanship was great. Cleaned up any mess they made which is a bonus in this day. Would highly recommend Emergency Hot Water.

I called this company about 9am, due to my Hot Water System having stopped working. The lady who took the call was so lovely & very helpful. She told me I could expect someone to be with me by 12pm. I subsequently got an SMS from their tradesman about 11am, to tell me he would be here within 10 minutes.
A young fellow & his offsider duly arrived. He was friendly & I was really impressed by how polite they both were.
He checked my system, diagnosed a broken thermostat & had it changed & fixed, all in about 10 minutes. I was able to pay by card on the spot - all done!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company for their professional, helpful, friendly, polite and speedy service! Brilliant!

Our very old hot water tank started leaking and needed an urgent replacement. Phoned Emergency Hot Water Repairs and made an appointment with Lyn for the following morning (NYE). Lyn provided a quote during the call and was very helpful in answering my questions. The next morning I received a text advising Ricky was on his way. Ricky and Lachie arrived on time, were very courteous and efficient. They replaced the tank and took away the old one in just over an hour. Payment was also very easy. A job well done from start to finish. I would recommend them.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Emergency Hot Water Repairs. I had the unfortunate experience of my hot water service failing the day before family were arriving to stay for Christmas. I called a number of other companies before finding EHWR. I chose EHWR as they were able to install a new HW unit, at the best price, before my visitors arrived.

Great service, agent organised a repair after the hot water cylinder in our rental started leaking profusely, recieved a call the same day, was at work but left instructions for access and finding the cylinder, was repaired by the time I got home

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I called twice, and the staff was incredibly rude. During my call, she actually said “goodbye” in the middle of the conversation and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not what I expect from any business. I do not recommend this place!!!

This is undoubtedly a professional, helpful and wonderful company. They provide in time service. We book the service in the morning and they quickly come and check on the same day afternoon.

My landlord recommended this company, and I do not regret it.
The booking for a date and a time was quick and smooth.

We got our old gas hot water tank malfunction on last Saturday and have Matt from EHWR came over around lunch time and diagnosed the device need to be replaced. Luckily it was still under warranty and get replaced on the coming Monday morning with fully explained new device. 5 stars rated! Definitely will keep into our contact at all time!
