Hot Water System
Installations
Replacing an old system or upgrading to a new one? We supply and install all types of hot water systems across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs — same-day installation available.
"Old tank finally gave up. They came out the same day, removed the old one and installed a new Rheem before dinner. Couldn't ask for more."
Every Type of Hot Water System
Whether you're doing a like-for-like replacement or upgrading to a more efficient system, we supply and install the full range.
⚡ Electric Storage
Fast to install and available in all tank sizes from 25L to 400L. Ideal for apartments and homes without gas. We carry Rheem, Dux, Thermann and AquaMAX units on the van.
🔥 Gas Continuous Flow
Endless hot water with no tank — heats only what you use. Rinnai, Rheem and Bosch continuous flow units are compact, efficient and ideal for busy households.
♻️ Heat Pump
Uses heat from the air to warm water — up to 70% more efficient than a standard electric tank. Eligible for government rebates in NSW. Ideal if you're looking to reduce electricity bills long-term.
🛢️ Gas Storage
A large volume of hot water always ready to go. Great for big households or homes with high simultaneous demand. Available in natural gas and LPG.
When Replacement Makes More Sense Than Repair
We'll always give you an honest assessment. Here are the signs that a new installation is the better investment.
Tank Leaking from the Base
Once a tank leaks from the body it can't be repaired — internal corrosion has compromised the steel. A new system is the only fix.
System Over 10–12 Years Old
Older systems become less efficient and more prone to faults. Replacing before complete failure avoids emergency callout costs and water damage.
Repair Costs Too High
If repair costs approach 50% of a new system, replacement is nearly always the smarter choice — especially with current energy-efficient models.
High Energy Bills
An ageing or inefficient system works harder to maintain temperature. Upgrading to a heat pump or continuous flow unit can significantly reduce running costs.
Change in Household Size
A system sized for two people won't keep up with a family of five. We'll help you choose the right capacity for your current needs.
Switching Fuel Types
Moving from electric to gas, or looking to add a heat pump? We handle the full switchover including any plumbing and compliance work required.

Installation Questions
Can you install a new system the same day?
In most cases yes — we carry the most common unit sizes in the van. If you call in the morning there's a good chance we'll have hot water running by the afternoon.
What size hot water system do I need?
As a general guide: 1–2 people need 125–160L, 3–4 people need 160–250L, and 5+ people need 250–400L for electric storage. For continuous flow, flow rate (litres per minute) matters more than tank size — we'll advise based on your household.
Do you remove and dispose of the old system?
Yes — removal and disposal of your old unit is included. We take it away with us so you don't have to arrange anything.
Are there government rebates available?
Yes — heat pump hot water systems are currently eligible for rebates under the NSW Energy Savings Scheme. We can advise on what's available at the time of your installation.
Can I switch from electric to gas?
Yes, provided you have a gas connection at the property. We handle the full switchover including new gas pipework if needed, tempering valve installation and all compliance certification.
